Aurélia Joly
Event Producer, Art Director
& Community Leader
Dedicated to developing creativity as a catalyst for global change.

MY STORY
Driven by the creation of immersive and impactful experiences, I craft spaces where art becomes a catalyst for reflection and action, rooted in the social, environmental, and cultural challenges of our time. My journey reflects a continuous pursuit of blending aesthetics with meaning, inviting people to rethink mindsets while inspiring and transforming.

I began my career in highly creative environments: at Kenzo (LVMH), where I explored the art of detail, and at Modzik magazine, where I worked on producing photoshoots in the fashion and music industries. As an Art Director at BETC (Advertising Agency), I led campaigns for international brands such as Peugeot and Canal+, developping my strategic thinking and mastering graphic design.

Over time, after traveling through Australia, New Zealand, India, and Asia, I realised the importance of aligning my work with a positive impact. My experiences taught me that outer change is deeply rooted in inner development. This realisation inspired me to go independent and integrate these core values into my work, weaving my artistic skills and love for creativity with a purpose-driven approach.
I expanded my expertise by integrating event production and community leading into my skill set in graphic design and art direction. I orchestrated projects such as the Kamiwaza Festival, where I developed a comprehensive vision combining visual identity, scenography, storytelling, and team management.
At Maison Alkemia, I oversee a holistic event venue, blending branding, art direction, scenography and production. I also founded Playgrounded, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals creativity as a catalyst for global change.
In parallel, I collaborate with purpose-driven brands and events such as Fluctuations Festival and The Gardens of Babylon, designing visual identities and graphic materials that reflect their values of positive impact and social transformation.
Today, I stand out for my ability to transform ideas into tangible realities by creating aesthetic, immersive, and meaningful experiences. Whether as an Event Producer or an Art Director, I am ready to take on new challenges and imagine projects that inspire and awaken new ways of thinking about the world.
